The primary purpose of this job is to assist safety services department head with day to day operations of safety services, including, but not limited to transportation, reports, hiring, write-ups, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.

  • Q&A medical reports for EMT staff
  • Ensure emt’s are trained and certifications maintained/continuing education
  • Work closely with risk department
  • Woodloch Springs services and relationships with the residents
  • Vending-pick up and tracking
  • Patrolling of all communities, and The Lodge at Woodloch
  • Maintain AED’s on all Woodloch properties
  • Maintain reports for safety services and qrs 213
  • Purchase and restock medical supplies
  • Cross bill medical supplies to proper departments



  • Must have EMT Class B Certification and current CPR card
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job such as must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Must have a clean driver’s license
  • Flexible with scheduling; nights, weekends, and holidays are required
