The Outside Service Manager will be responsible for the management, training and supervision of all outside assistants (bag room & range attendants) and will work cooperatively with the Director of Golf/Head Golf Professional and other departments. The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent services and provide outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Meet, greet, and welcome prospective customers/ patrons.
  • Enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage.
  • Assist in recruitment and responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of all outside staff.
  • Establish service goals and rewards programs for staff.
  • Monitor the tee sheet and upcoming events in conjunction with the professional staff.
  •  Implement cash and systems controls to ensure the safekeeping of assets, inventory and resources.
  • Implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures and regular scheduling of staff meetings.
  • Oversee all outside golf services and operations.
  • Assist with the reservation system, starting, and monitoring of play.
  • Oversee the operations of a well-managed practice facility.
