GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB - The general purpose of the job is to keep the appearance of The Lodge at Woodloch up to Woodloch standards and coordinate all landscaping efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Garbage clean up and compost pick-up
• Snow removal
• Leaf clean up and raking
• Mowing, pruning, mulching, and weeding
• Landscaping installation
• Machine maintenance
• Fence installation
• Storm clean-up
• Tree work
• Seeding and reseeding
• Planting & replacements
• Drainage & curbs
• Spraying
• Cleaning gutters
• Garden work
• Pond maintenance
• Seasonal Decorating
• Supervise landscaping employees
• Work cooperatively with the Trail Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the availability of equipment and to coordinate the need of the landscape technician.
• Plan projects, order materials, and handle the scheduling of required staff.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
