GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB- Monitors all Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, Laundry Supervisor, Laundry Attendants and House Persons to ensure the highest quality of cleanliness and service is being offered in a timely manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Minimum of 2 years prior Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisory experience preferred
- Have Housekeeping & Laundry background
- Have knowledge of the Hospitality Industry
- Assist Executive Housekeeper when needed
- Experience with computers; Microsoft Excel Word & Resort Suite
- Have experience interviewing, hiring, evaluating training and scheduling
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Have experience in coordinating, training
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, dependable, neat clean appearance
- Be able to stay organized and prioritize many different tasks
- Coaching, counseling and good interpersonal skills
